CRC London has invested in an Edirol V-440HD multi-format video mixing system for its Sunday morning services at the 770-seat venue. A firm adherent to the value of quality multimedia tools, the popular evangelical Christian church specified the Edirol system to enable the mixing of both HD and SD sources.

Midas XL8 and PRO6 systems have been installed at the newly built Crocus City Hall, which has a 6,200 capacity and is Russia's largest concert hall. If required, the two-level Moscow venue can be converted into a smaller, 2,200-seater hall, while the stalls can be modified to provide either a seating area for corporate events or a dance floor.

Janacek Theatre has exchanged its long-serving communications system for a new, extensive Riedel Communications solution, writes David Davies. Riedel's Czech distribution partner for theatre and professional AV, MusicData, installed a system combining Riedel Artist digital matrix intercom technology with digital partyline and a traditional radio system.

City Rock lounge bar/restaurant in Cergy Pontoise has been equipped with an APG sound system powered exclusively by Lab.gruppen C Series amplifiers. The multi-zone distributed system devised by Pierre Yves Seddiki from systems contractor AMPI tailors to each of the three areas' varying requirements.

The new 6,200-plus-seat Crocus City Hall in Moscow is billed as the largest multifunction hall in Russia. Live music, theatre productions, TV shows, conferences and AGMs will all be serviced by the new hall, which occupies 4,500sqm and is said to possess excellent acoustics.
