The Draco Major is capable of switching USB and high-quality DVI sources up to 1080p resolution and routing them to remote points over long distances using CatX or fibre cables. It comprises a single 2U chassis capable of switching up to 32 CPUs or real-time video sources to 16 monitors and can handle all types of USB 2.0, audio and serial devices.
The Draco Major interfaces directly to copper and fibre cabling, enabling combined switch and extension functionality up to 250m over copper and 20km with a single mode fibre, without quality degradation. On-screen control combined with flexible user administration allows devices to be configured in groups to meet individual application requirements including dual and quad head configurations.
Draco Major includes network and serial interfaces to provide enhanced integration with users' custom control equipment.
