Danish company Neets, who develop and sell control systems for AV equipment, has appointed Michael Jarl Christensen (pictured) as its new head of sales and marketing.

Christensen, who has a background in key sales & marketing positions with TC Electronic and Lab.gruppen, will focus on boosting Neets´ sales and marketing activities internationally and continuing the company’s growth.

“With a strengthened sales team we will be more present locally on our markets in Scandinavia and abroad and service our customers and markets even better,” said Tue S. Andersen, founder & managing director of Neets.

Also coming on board is Lars B. Jorgensen who will re-join Neets as European Ssales manager. He first joined Neets in 2007 and after leaving in February 2011, he is returning to be a central part of the new Neets sales team. He will be joining Ben Lund, who joined Neets in August 2010. Lund will in the future focus on developing Neets´ business in Scandinavia as Nordic Sales Manager.

“Combined, the team offers more than 30 years of experience in AV sales & distribution,” said Christensen. “With this powerful sales team we have a great foundation for expanding both our existing business in Europe and developing our sales & distribution internationally.”
