Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2010 has achieved the highest visitor total in its history, with 28,489 people attending last week's event. The figure represents a 14.4% increase on the 2009 total of 24,912.

At the close of ISE 2010 last Thursday (February 4), 83% of exhibition space had been rebooked for 2011 - compared with 71% at the same point last year. This represents just under 20,000 net square metres of floor space.

The manufacturer unveiled a new-three channel boundary microphone, the U843R condenser mic (pictured), along with four fixtures recently added to its 40 Series and the ATCS-60 infrared conferencing system.

Lutron Electronics presented products from its new Energy Suite alongside its residential systems for the first time at ISE 2010. The fully scalable range can control light levels and usage across multiple floors, whole buildings and entire campuses.

A new Bosch active line array promises high levels of acoustical performance, as well as fast configuration.

Ahead of their official launch in March, Sharp announced four new flat-panel LCD screens for the professional display market at ISE.

Day 2 (February 3) of ISE 2010 saw Televic sign an exclusive agreement with RGB Communications for the distribution of its conference solutions in the UK and Ireland. The announcement comes as Televic continues to grow its distribution network worldwide.

First-time ISE exhibitor Martin Professional was delighted with the show, and in particular with the high level of interest in the company's new EC series LED capability.

Visitors walking past the RSF stand at ISE 2010 couldn't help but hear a female voice whispering 'Pssst…over here' in their ear. The sound came from the company's latest directional loudspeaker, the SpotDAP.

The digital signage software company introduced visitors to its new C-Sign web-based product - which is geared towards the requirements of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) - and showcased its flagship Messenger system.

Gefen exhibited a new product range of compact switches, splitters and matrices suitable for HDMI 1.3 at ISE 2010. The new Toolbox solutions can be wall-mounted and are geared towards the needs of the installer.
