New Fusion EM energy management from Crestron

01 February 2012
Story Code : dh13

Crestron FusionFusion EM software from Crestron is a complete energy management solution for organisations of any size, ranging from schools and universities to corporate enterprises.
The software tracks the organisation’s carbon footprint while giving control to easily change and schedule temperature set points, lighting levels and demand response settings. It also saves the user energy by automatically turning off lights and reducing HVAC use in unoccupied spaces.
A scalable framework, the Crestron Fusion platform provides the basis on which to monitor and manage lighting, energy and AV, while yielding tools for remote help desk, room scheduling and asset tracking.
Staying in the education sphere, another new Crestron launch, the FreeSpeech wireless microphone system, enables speakers and lecturers to move about the theatre or classroom and be heard clearly from anywhere in the space. FreeSpeech provides a simple and easy-to-install solution for adding amplified speech audio reinforcement as part of a complete media presentation system.
Also on show is the latest addition to Crestron’s family of AV presentation control systems for classrooms, onCue.
